Artistry You Can Trust.

We believe that the best aesthetic work should be undetectable. Browse our portfolio of real client transformations, showcasing the precision, balance, and natural beauty we create every day in our Surrey clinic.

Welcome to Our Portfolio

At TOX BOX Aesthetics, based at 66 York Road, Weybridge, we pride ourselves on transparency. In an industry dominated by heavy filters and edited angles, we believe in showing the true potential of medical aesthetics through honest, high-quality photography.

Our gallery is more than just a collection of photos; it is a testament to the trust our clients from Walton-on-ThamesEsherCobham, and Hersham place in us. Every face you see here has been treated with a bespoke plan, respecting their unique anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Below, you will find categorized examples of our work, ranging from subtle “tweaks” to complete profile harmonisation.

Lip Transformations: From Subtle to Signature

The lips are the most requested area at our clinic, and they are also where our artistic background shines brightest. We do not believe in a “one size fits all” lip.

The “Russian Lip” Technique

  • What to look for: Notice the flatness from the side profile. Unlike traditional filling methods that can sometimes project forward (creating a “duck” look), the Russian technique lifts the lip vertically. Look for the defined Cupid’s bow and the crisp border.
  • Ideal for: Clients wanting height and definition rather than just volume.

The “Hydration” Refresh

  • What to look for: These results are subtle. The lips look glossier, smoother, and slightly plumper, but the natural shape remains unchanged. This is popular with our clients from Oatlands who want a “your lips but better” look.
  • Ideal for: Mature clients or first-timers.

Correction Work

  • What to look for: We often see clients who have had migrated filler from other clinics. Our portfolio shows the journey of dissolving old filler and refilling for a clean, sharp result.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty (Nose Filler)

The “Liquid Nose Job” offers some of the most dramatic immediate results in our portfolio.

Dorsal Hump Correction

  • The Transformation: In these photos, look at the profile view. You will see how placing filler above and below a bump on the bridge creates a perfectly straight line. It often makes the nose appear smaller because it blends better with the face.

The “Tinkerbell” Tip Lift

  • The Transformation: Notice the angle of the nose tip. As we age, the tip can droop. By adding structural support with filler, we lift the tip, which shortens the nose appearance and creates a more youthful, feminine profile.

Note: All nose filler photos are typically taken immediately after treatment. Mild redness is normal, but as you can see, the shape change is instant.

Profile Balancing (The Full Harmonisation)

This is where the magic happens. Profile balancing is about geometry and ratios.

Chin & Jawline Definition

  • The Balance: Look at the relationship between the nose, lips, and chin. In the “Before” photos, you may see a receding chin that makes the nose look large or the neck look fleshy.
  • The After: By projecting the chin forward with filler, the nose instantly looks more proportionate, and the jawline becomes sharper. This treatment is a favorite among our male and female clients from Cobham for its slimming effect on the face.

Skin Quality & Restoration (Polynucleotides)

Photographing skin quality is difficult, but the results speak for themselves.

Under Eye Restoration

  • The Issue: Dark circles and “hollows” that make the client look tired.
  • The Result: After a course of Polynucleotides, look at the brightness of the under-eye area. The skin is thicker, less transparent, and the darkness is significantly reduced. Unlike filler, there is no puffiness—just healthy, regenerated skin.

The “Glass Skin” Glow (Skin Boosters)

  • The Result: Look at the light reflection on the cheekbones (the “zygomatic arch”). This natural highlight isn’t makeup; it is the hydration from Revs Pro or Lumi Pro sitting within the dermis. The skin looks tighter and smoother.

SPMU: Brows & Lips (The Harri Brows Legacy)

With our background as Harri Brows, our semi-permanent makeup portfolio is extensive.

Microblading vs. Ombré Brows

  • Microblading: Look for the individual hair strokes. These photos are often zoomed in to show the detail. It is indistinguishable from real hair.
  • Ombré: Look for the soft, powdered gradient. These brows look like they have been freshly tinted or filled with pencil.

Lip Blush

  • The Colour: Notice the restoration of the “Vermilion Border” (the edge of the lip). As we age, this fades. Lip blush brings the color back to the edge, making lips look fuller without filler.
  • Healed Results: We strive to show both “fresh” (bright) and “healed” (soft) results so you know what to expect.

How to View "Before & After" Photos

As you browse our gallery, we want to educate you on what makes a genuine, trustworthy “Before and After” photo. At TOX BOX Aesthetics, we adhere to strict standards:

Lighting Consistency

We use the same ring light and room lighting for both photos. Shadows can be manipulated to hide hollows or wrinkles, so consistent lighting is key to showing the truth.

Same Angles

A slight tilt of the chin can completely change how a jawline looks. We strive to match the angles perfectly so you can see the actual result of the filler, not just a good pose.

Expression

We generally ask for a neutral expression. Smiling engages muscles that change the face shape. A neutral face shows the true structural improvement.

Immediate vs. Healed

Please note that many photos are taken immediately after treatment. This means there may be slight swelling (especially with lips) or redness. Healed results (2 weeks later) are often softer and more natural.

Why Our Results Look So Natural

The common thread you will see across our gallery—whether it is a client from Weybridge or Esher—is that they still look like themselves.

Our signature style is “Undetectable.”
We do not chase trends that distort the face. We respect anatomy. If a client asks for a treatment that we believe will look unnatural or unsafe, we will decline. The photos in this gallery represent the standard of excellence we hold ourselves to.

Privacy Note:
All photographs in this gallery are of real clients who have given their written consent for their images to be used. We strictly protect client privacy and never publish photos without permission.
